Thoroughly Modern Millie (2010)

Based on the Tony Award-winning musical, Thoroughly Modern Millie brings the roaring 20s to life, centering in the vibrant heart of the New York City Jazz Age. A celebration of feminism in its earliest stages, the story follows Millie’s escapades unfolding against the backdrop of a rapidly changing society, fueled by jazz and brimming with intrigue.

Maria Gabriela Hernandez worked on this show during her time at Point Park University’s Conservatory of Performing Arts for their BFA in Technical Theater, with a concentration in Costume Design. She was a part of the Costume Department and helped create many of the outfits of the show.
