A buyer walking the boat show passes one display after another, and most of them blur together.

Yours shouldn’t. The boat in the slip, the people working the booth, and the custom table cover out front all need to say the same name before anyone has to ask.
Three shows shape the regional calendar, one each in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties, and Sathmara outfits exhibitors for all of them from Coral Springs. That includes embroidered polos and hats for booth staff, branded covers for your boat fenders, printed table covers for the booth, pieces for teams traveling in, and mid-season restocks, all from one logo file.
The Season at a Glance
The South Florida boat show season opens in Fort Lauderdale at the end of October and closes in West Palm Beach in March, with Miami in between. Each show lasts five days and includes indoor or tented booths and boats at the docks, so many exhibitors dress both a booth table and a boat.
The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS) runs October 28 to November 1, 2026, spread across the Broward County Convention Center, Bahia Mar Yachting Center, Pier Sixty-Six Marina, and the marinas around them. Next comes the Miami International Boat Show (MIBS), February 10 to 14, 2027, anchored at the Miami Beach Convention Center with in-water venues nearby. The Palm Beach International Boat Show (PBIBS) takes over Flagler Drive on the West Palm Beach waterfront March 17 to 21, 2027. Current schedules and exhibitor details are posted on each show’s official site: Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Palm Beach.
What Should Booth Staff Wear?
Booth staff shirts let visitors spot your people on a crowded floor. Embroidered polos are a common choice: the collar looks professional, and a stitched logo on the chest is visible at the booth, around the show, and out on the docks. Matching shirts turn a group of employees into an identifiable team.
Some of the floor is indoors, and plenty of it sits under tents or along the waterfront, so fabric deserves some thought. Because we source from brand catalogs, you can choose moisture-wicking performance knits, classic cotton piqué, or a style that matches your everyday work uniforms. Putting each person’s first name under the logo is another option, and it makes starting a conversation easier.
Hats Worth Keeping
Hats with your embroidered logo do two jobs at a boat show. On booth staff, they finish the uniform and block the sun during the hours spent outside. Handed to visitors, they become giveaways people keep, which means your logo shows up at the marina and out on the water long after the show closes.
What Fender Covers Add at the Dock
Branded fender covers slip over the fenders hanging along a boat on display, putting your company name on the side that faces the dock. We can decorate them in embroidery or print, and a matched set dresses every boat in a dealer’s or broker’s lineup alike.
Embroidered fender covers have a stitched texture with a polished feel. Print is the other route, and the right method depends on the artwork and the cover fabric.
Custom Table Covers With Your Logo
A custom table cover goes over the plain table in your booth and turns the front drop facing the aisle into a sign that helps visitors pick out your brand and find you through the crowd. Print can put the artwork across the whole surface, so gradients, photographs, and logos with several colors all land on the cover as one image.
Sathmara can print on both fitted and draped style covers, and they suit different setups. A fitted cover follows the table’s shape with squared corners and a clean edge. A draped cover hangs loose down the sides, which hides the boxes of brochures, spare shirts, and water bottles that collect under the table by day two.
Plan the artwork around the front. Side panels spend most of the show behind staff, product displays, or the next booth over, so the front drop is where a logo earns its keep. Bold, uncluttered artwork reads best at aisle distance, since fine detail disappears.
Flying In? Fill the Gaps Locally
Out-of-town exhibitors sometimes find something missing from the booth kit while taking inventory: a table cover that needs artwork or a logo, too few shirts for the staff making the trip, or a new hire with no uniform.
We have worked on tight schedules. We recommend giving us a call to discuss your needs and timeline so we can make sure we can meet your deadline.
Working with a studio in the region means you don’t have to risk delays from having an order shipped to you. You can stop by in person to pick up your order, or we can arrange delivery straight to the show or your hotel.
A Booth That Stays Current All Season
Multi-show exhibitors can restock and update their booth branding before Miami and again before Palm Beach. The time between shows is a natural window to replace giveaway hats that ran out, add shirts for staff joining partway through the schedule, or refresh a logo or tagline ahead of the next opening day.
Your Garments, Any Quantity
BYOG (bring your own garment) projects are welcome, and there’s no minimum order, so booth branding suits exhibitors of any size. Bring shirts you already have on hand for us to embroider, or let us source the rest when there’s enough lead time, especially if they need to ship.
Order two hats for a late addition or outfit an entire sales staff; you decide how many.
The Bottom Line
Three shows and three counties make for a long run on the calendar. One studio can handle all of that branding, so the whole season runs through one point of contact. Get in touch early for each show so we can talk through timing.
